Originally from Canada, Dr. Brandon Barillaro moved to New Hampshire in 2017 to attend Plymouth State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Physiology while competing as a student-athlete on the NCAA Men’s Hockey Team.

During his undergraduate studies, Brandon completed a strength and conditioning internship under former Penn State Football Head Strength and Conditioning Coach John Thomas. Through this experience, he worked closely with collegiate athletes, focusing on sports performance and return-to-play programs following injury—further strengthening his passion for biomechanics and optimizing human performance.

In 2021, Brandon continued his education at Plymouth State University, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout his graduate training, he completed multiple clinical rotations in various rehabilitation settings, gaining valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and inpatient rehabilitation.

Brandon emphasizes a movement-based approach to therapy, tailoring individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s personal goals. He believes in educating and empowering his patients to better understand their bodies, gain confidence in their abilities, and optimize their overall movement and performance.

Outside of work, Brandon stays active by pursuing his own fitness goals in the gym, running, playing hockey, or golfing at local courses on Cape Cod. He’s also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing and exploring the natural beauty that Cape Cod has to offer.
